Why renting normally in Mexico does not work for you
No aval, no credit check
A normal Mexican lease asks for a guarantor who owns property in the city and proof of local income. If you have just arrived, you have neither. This route skips both.
Furnished, down to the cutlery
Unfurnished is the Mexican default — apartments often come without a kitchen fitted. Ours are ready: you arrive with a suitcase and cook dinner the same night.
Set up to work from
WiFi in every unit, and several have a dedicated workspace. Each listing shows what that specific apartment includes rather than a portfolio-wide promise.
Stay one month or six
No annual contract to break if your plans change. Extend if the calendar allows — just tell us early, because the same unit may be booked after you.
